Our Experience
We draw on years of experience – the owner is a US Expat who has lived in Japan for nearly ten years who has a strong background in finance, accounting, and luxury service. We are active members of the business community and have the capability of finding even the most unique experiences throughout Japan with relatively short notice. Because of our network and experience living in Japan, we are able to provide your guests with trips that perfectly match up with their needs.
Our Promise
- We promise to reply to your inquiry within 2 hours of receipt during the Japanese working hours and within 8 hours outside of working hours – nights, weekends, and holidays included.
- We promise to have an initial itinerary and price quote to you within 48 hours of receiving all necessary information to complete the proposal – nights, weekends, and holidays included.
- We promise to be available to you, and your guests, 24/7 during your guests’ travel in Japan.
- We promise all communications between us and you and your guests will be at a professional level.
- We promise to be honest and upfront during all parts of the planning, execution, and follow-up phase of your guests’ trips.
